Reframe Mentoring

Our mission is to make personal development accessible to all and to reframe the narrative around women in tech and we know this goes way beyond our regular events. We pledged at our London 2023 to create accessible development opportunities with our initiative Reframe Mentoring and in January 2024 the programme was launched with more than 100 sign-ups.

The programme is 100% free and is open for registration at any time with regular matching rounds. Whether you’re looking to be a mentor or a mentee we’ll find the right fit for you.

Reframe Mentoring members also benefit from free community events with the first having taken place in January 2024 hosted by our programme sponsor Roku.
